The one on the west end of the canyon must be somewhere above the Job Corps but I've never been there. The stone structure on the east end must be over by old Sheriff Robinsons place just west of the Monte Verde Subdivision.

Look up Thomas P Terry's United States Treasure Atlas for stories around your area. Palo Duro Canyon has several lost treasure stories (If you live near Amarillo). There are many other stories all over Texas. Lost Spanish Mines around the Red River area of Texas and Oklahoma... as well as the Wichita Mountains in Southwest Oklahoma. Texas and Oklahoma were on the way from Utah to Galveston and many possible treasure cache sites could exist there. Expect the caches to be in the panhandle areas of these two states or near the Red River. Also look for Jesse and Frank James caches west of and around Lawton Oklahoma. Have you ever heard of the Iron Door Mine which is alleged to be a Belle Starr cache site? Research, research, research! Find a few local treasure story books and get to reading. There are lots of historic relics to be found in Texas as well.Ron
