I will agree that the hunt is the fun. I have read that once there is a treasure found that there is nothing left and then a person becomes lost as to what he
will do next. I do not fell that this would ever be a problem for me. Who knows?
For me the hunt included years of research and study. It gave me something that I enjoyed to do and felt it was a good thing and a learning experience. For the most part the search was a family ordeal until my daughters got to a different stage and then they where out of it all. Would they be willing to share in any gold? Well you can bet on that part but I do not know if they would even be willing to take a hike to help carry it out. My son would be right there and of course my wife also would be. She is the one that enjoys the search but yet she is also the one who has told me so many times that we do not need any gold. She is right about that part but still I can not say I am successful with my hobbie until I have gold in hand.
For me and using religious parts of the bible is not what I do. Yes I have found many signs dealing with the bible but again I just search and search. The time spent in the field is very important and this is what makes it all fun. Yes I am a religious person and at one time I thought I was the chosen one for the big find. Maybe it is still meant to be.
Maybe soon I will be able to get into the field to pick up where I was at last year. I am dreading it as the bugs are going to be swarming in the field with all of the high water and rain.
